Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood continues to be a highly sought-after location among condo buyers for a reason. Easy access to the lakefront, countless parks, plenty of boutique shopping, great schools, and plethora of fabulous restaurants and cocktail bars all help make this one of the city's best places to call home. And if you're in the market for a Lincoln Park condo, you might also find that many of the neighborhood's high-rises along the lakefront also offer premium views that are as good as anywhere you'll find in Chicago. So if you're a condo buyer who appreciates the high-rise lifestyle but also prefers North Side living, here's a closer look at just some of the Lincoln Park condo towers with the best views and sight lines.
Lincoln Park 2550
Topping the list has to be Lincoln Park 2550, one of Lincoln Park’s most luxurious buildings, not to mention among the tallest on the north side of town. Interior finishes are premium to say the least, and the building amenities rival just about any luxury condo building in all of Chicago. And with Lincoln Park 2550 being situated right across from Lincoln Park, many units offer sprawling unobstructed views of the lake, the park, and even the downtown skyline.

2430 N. Lakeview
Located just a couple doors down, 2340 N. Lakeview is also a towering residential high-rise that sits right along the park front, providing lucky residents with unobstructed views of Lake Michigan, downtown, and of course the open green space below. Unlike Lincoln Park 2550, however, 2430 N. Lakeview is one of the neighborhood's classic vintage condo towers, having originally been built back in the late 1920s. But don't let its age fool you. 2430 N. Lakeview is also one of the Lincoln Park's higher-end condo towers, so don’t look for units here to come cheap.
345 Fullerton
345 W. Fullerton makes the cut not only for its height and premium location close to everything but also because it’s a two-tower complex, providing home buyers with lots of opportunities to secure a great condo with an even better view. But along with a top-tier location in Chicago's Lincoln Park neighborhood, most condos for sale at 345 W. Fullerton price anywhere between the mid $300,000s to over $900,000, so there’s something for a wide-variety of buyers here as well.
