Dozens of new luxury apartments are headed to Old Town.  Sedgwick Properties recently officially announced a building going in at the site of the old Tiffany Decorating building on Wells.  Located at 1325 N Wells, the former building has already been demolished to make way for a new seven-story building.

The residential structure will eventually include 60 units, including one-, two-, and three-bedroom designs.  The apartments will range from 600 to 1,400 square feet in size, including private balconies and a shared rooftop terrace.  This additional outdoor space will include an outdoor kitchen, fire pit and wading pool for residents to enjoy.

A newly revised plan calls for 30 parking spaces on the ground floor of the building, as well as 1,800 square feet of retail space.  It’s expected that the units will be delivered sometime in spring 2017.

Sedgwick Properties is also the force behind Hermitage 1611 and 1545 W North.  As for Old Town, the company also holds a parking lot at 301 W North Avenue, but has not yet revealed plans for the future of that property.
