Downtown Chicago has no shortage of enviable condo buildings, and some of them are also investor friendly, which can be a real bonus for owners who want to rent out their unit for extra income. So if you're looking for an investor-friendly condo somewhere in the downtown Chicago area, try beginning your search at any of these desirable buildings. 

400 N. LaSalle

One such building is 400 N LaSalle. There are condos for sale and rent in the investor-friendly building. Expect to find floor plans mostly consisting of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms. Originally built in the early 2000s, some of the condos have been recently updated with newer appliances and more modern finishes.
