400 N. LaSalle

One such building is 400 N LaSalle. There are condos for sale and rent in the investor-friendly building. Expect to find floor plans mostly consisting of studios, one-, and two-bedrooms. Originally built in the early 2000s, some of the condos have been recently updated with newer appliances and more modern finishes. Also called The Grand Ohio, 211 E Ohio offers several different floor plans for sale or for rent. Millennium Centre

Located in River North, 33 W Ontario is an investor-friendly building with its own swimming pool, fitness center, business center, and community room. Also known as Millennium Centre, the building offers some deeded parking for an additional monthly rent. The property has units for sale and for rent, the majority of which are either one- or two-bedroom residences.
