The West Loop in Chicago is a bustling hub of activity, both residential and commercial, and a new community group plans to make it even more desirable for its residents as well as outsiders considering living in this thriving corner of the Windy City.
According to a recent piece from Gazette Chicago, the Neighbors of West Loop, or NOWL, community group was recently launched in an initiative to improve the quality of life for individuals in and around the West Loop area of Chicago.
