Bucktown Lofts For Sale Bucktown is one of Chicago’s hottest neighborhoods right now, and lofts are among the most sought-after properties in the area. While you might associate the high timber ceilings and spacious open layouts of a residential loft with certain buildings found over in the West Loop or River North, Bucktown also has a pretty deep inventory of loft conversions that won’t leave you disappointed as a prospective home buyer. And despite limitations of availability, here are 3 Bucktown loft buildings that all have at least one unit currently listed for sale at the time of this post:

1750 Wolcott

Among all the choices, 1750 Wolcott might be our favorite Bucktown loft conversion. But as a smaller building, it’s almost rare to see something listed on the market. The windows are huge at 1750 Wolcott and stretch almost from floor-to-ceiling—which is one of the building’s best characteristics. But its location and other interior finishes also make it a great choice for anyone wanting a classic urban loft to call their own.

2300 W. Wabansia

Also known as the Clocktower Lofts, this is probably one of the more recognizable loft conversion in Bucktown, and maybe even its most desirable. Its location is close to everything, and lofts for sale at 2300 W. Wabansia usually include all the classic interiors like exposed brick, timber ceilings, and open/functional floor plans.

1720 N. Marshfield

Thanks to its location right at the entrance to the 606 Trail, it’s hard to not love what lofts for sale at 1720 N. Marshfield have to offer. Inside, you’ll find that most units feature high concrete ceilings (a huge plus), plenty of exposed brick, and a general warm and cozy feel that’s hard to pass up if you’re in the market for a Bucktown loft.
