The affluent Gold Coast is known for its upscale homes and enviable selections, yet it’s possible to purchase a condo for under a half million in some of our favorite buildings.
1250 N. Dearborn
Built back in 1989, this Gold Coast high-rise has everything you could want in downtown condo, including spacious floor plans with plenty of living space that won't cost you an arm and a leg.
1030 N. State
The 1030 N State high-rise is known for its incredible views overlooking the lake and the surrounding Gold Coast neighborhood. Constructed in the early 1970s, the building is more affordable than some of newer properties in the area, with options starting at studio floor plans.
1000 N. Lake Shore
Sitting just across from the Oak Street Bridge, 1000 N Lake Shore also offers an ideal location close to Gold Coast shopping and dining. This full-service building was constructed in the mid-1960s, with plentiful amenities and the advantage of some units priced under a half million.
