2015 Chicago Restaurant Week

'Every February, the Chicago dining scene is celebrated with one of the most anticipated foodie events of the year—Chicago Restaurant Week! An annual culinary celebration that invites everyone to experience the best eateries Chicago has to offer, over 250 restaurants take part in this yearly tradition by offering great deals and special prix fixe menus that start at just $22 for lunch and $33 and/or $44 for dinner, which excludes beverages, tax, and gratuity.

Most Chicagoans love summertime in the city, and for good reason. The warm weather, the beaches, the outdoor patios and cafes, and all the different street festivals certainly go a long way in making things fun and exciting all summer long here in Chicago. Open House Chicago 2014

If you're looking for something to do this weekend, Open House Chicago will be happening on October 18th and 19th, which gives local residents and visitors alike a unique behind-the-scenes look at many of Chicago's coolest places and spaces. This year, 150 different buildings will be part of the event, which range from the city's most iconic theatres and hotels to many of the most historic mansions, cathedrals, and landmarks in all of downtown Chicago.

Although you might not be able to tell after the warm weather we saw today, the fall season in Chicago is here and it’s time to trade in the beach for some fun indoor entertainment in and around downtown.
