This award-winning high-rise luxury condominium opened in 2003 in the heart of Chicago’s West Loop, boasting spacious units bathed in natural light. The units run from one to three-bedrooms with square footage ranging from 1,000 to 2,500 square feet. They are priced between $355k and $1.2M, accordingly.
